Ingredients Wheat Flour (83%), Water, Whole Egg Powder (3.5%), Acidity Regulators (E500 (Sodium Carbonate), E501 (Potassium Carbonate)), Stabiliser (E415 (Xanthan Gum)), Salt.

Directions Soak noodles in hot water for 2-3 minutes.

Once the noodles are soft and loosened, drain and rinse in cold water.

The noodles are now ready to use.
